For some insight regarding my story, my name Is Nicole Sparrow, the state of Arizona has been my home for twenty-two years. I was raised by my mom, who I greatly admire in various areas such as her relationship with the Lord, her love for our nation, the determination and strength that she holds, selflessness, and kindness. She continues to inspire me each day and has played a big part in the love and passion that I encompass for our nation. I am very grateful for the Lord's guidance, throughout my life. And the lovely communities that I have been gifted with! There is beauty within each season of life, the Lord has been my guide. When life feels stagnant at times, it is important to remember that the Lord is continuously working. He holds the pencil in each of our stories. Stepping into the political field, was unexpected in my life. It has brought true joy, strength, and peace into my life. Which I will hold onto in the future, within upcoming adventures! One of the biggest concerns that Americans are facing at the moment, is high levels of illegal immigration.

In February of this year, there was a calculated number of nine million border crossings nationwide. This increase can lead to poverty, war, and climate factors in different continents. Adding to that is the influx of crime that has spread across our nation and other countries. Such as the heartbreaking murder of Laken Riley, whose life was taken by an illegal immigrant named Jose Ibarra. He inflicted blunt-force trauma to her head and by asphyxiating her. And seriously disfigured her head by striking her multiple times with a rock. This heinous crime is one of the many tragedies that have resulted, in the current state of our borders. We must strengthen our policies on the border crisis, those who live in our beloved nation deserve to have their lives protected. Immigration overall is beautiful and has added to the greatness of our country. Such as my grandpa who traveled on a ship from Italy at the age of twenty years old. He built a remarkable legacy.
